This Privacy Policy explains how Neutral Holdings LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Prominent Orange (the “Service”).

• Audit inputs: the website addresses and business details you submit to be analyzed.
• Billing information: handled by our payment processor. We store a plan record and references needed to manage your subscription, not your full card details.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide the Service, generate reports, and manage your account and subscription;
• communicate with you about your account, reports, and service updates;
• secure the Service and prevent abuse; and
• comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

To produce a report, we send the business and category details derived from your inputs to third-party AI assistants. We do not sell your information, and we do not submit your account credentials or billing details to those systems.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, database, email, and payment providers), under agreements that protect it, or where required by law. If you use an Agency-tier account to share reports with your own clients, you control that sharing.

5. Retention

We keep account and report data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. You can request deletion of your account data (see Contact).

6. Your choices

You may access or update your account details from within the Service, unsubscribe from non-essential email, and request a copy or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
