Frequently asked questions

Answers for the agencies who run audits and the businesses who receive them.

For agencies and resellers

What is Prominent Orange?

Prominent Orange is an AI search audit tool. It checks how AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity answer real buying questions in a business's category, and whether that business gets named or a competitor does. You get a shareable report to send to clients and prospects.

Who is it for?

Agencies, marketers, and resellers who want to show a business where it stands in AI search and win the work to improve it. You can run audits for any company and put your own brand on every report.

What does an AI search audit show?

It scores a business across the stages buyers move through, names the competitors AI recommends ahead of them, and lays out what to publish to get named more often. It covers the questions buyers ask on the way to a purchase, including when they ask for a brand by name.

Which AI assistants does it check?

It checks the assistants buyers actually use: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI. A full report runs 40 buyer questions across them, more than 100 answer checks in all.

Can I put my own brand on the reports?

Yes. Add your logo, your booking link, your button label, and the name of the person the report is bylined from. Your clients see your branding on every report, and the booking button sends them to you.

How do I create reports?

Enter a website in the dashboard and the first report is built for you. Add as many businesses as your plan allows, and generate short teasers in bulk to send to prospects for outreach.

What is a teaser versus a full report?

A teaser is a short, shareable preview built for outreach. A full report scores the business at every stage of the buyer's journey, names every competitor, and gives the plan to get named more often.

Can I change which businesses I track?

You choose which businesses to audit each cycle. Your plan includes a set number of reports each month (Agency 12, Growth 3), and you can run them for any businesses you like. What you audit is not fixed, and the allowance refreshes each month.

How often is the data refreshed?

Each report is a point-in-time snapshot of how the AI assistants answer on the day it runs. To see how things have changed, run a fresh report for the same business in a later cycle and compare.

How do I add my booking or contact link?

Open Report settings and paste your booking or contact page into the booking link field. That link is yours, and any bookings go straight to you.

How do I change my login email?

Open your profile settings, enter the new address and your current password, then confirm from the new inbox. Your current login stays active until you confirm.

How do I get help?

Email support@ampifire.com and the team will help you out.

For businesses who received a report

What is this report?

It shows how AI assistants answer the questions your buyers ask in your category, and whether those assistants name your business or name someone else.

Why does this matter?

Buyers increasingly ask an AI assistant for recommendations before they ask a person. When the assistants name competitors and leave you out, you lose those buyers before they reach your site.

How were these answers collected?

Real buying questions were put to the leading AI assistants, and their answers were recorded and scored for how often each brand gets named.

How do I get AI to recommend my business?

AI assistants tend to name the brands that show up most across the trusted, high-authority sources they read. Getting named more often comes down to publishing the right content, in the right places, on the questions your buyers ask. The person who sent you this report can walk you through the plan.

Is this accurate for my business?

The report reflects what the AI assistants said at the time it was generated. Answers shift over time, which is why the report shows the date it was created.

What should I do next?

Look at where you stand, see which competitors are named ahead of you, and use the button in the report to talk it through with the person who sent it.

Who sent me this?

The report is bylined from the person or agency who prepared it for you. Their details and next step are in the report.
